Reviews On 3w Tent Wood Stove, True Feedback - Dora - 03-28-2022

I'm here to remind you to be careful when buying Luxe's tent or stove. Their customer service attitude is poor. I bought 3w Tent Wood Stove in their store, and no one replied to me for two weeks. Or that's why Luxe didn't succeed. I decided not to buy 3w Tent Wood Stove because there was no news after my money arrived in their account. I'm disappointed. I hope pomoly can maintain such a good service attitude.

Gear isn’t bad but cs is absolutely awful and known. Took an entire year to get my first order last year, second order recently took a few months. It’s unfortunately the cost of savings, SOS has better customer service from what I hear but you’re paying for it too, substantially more

I was hooked on luxe till I saw all the negative comments about customer service on a hunting board. I’ve been looking at pomoly since.
